Hi, and welcome to our health and fitness community! Here at Gym Pact, we aim to educate and inspire athletes and fitness buffs of all abilities, from all walks of life. We believe health and fitness is a powerful tool that can improve our quality of life, as well as preventing and treating a range of debilitating chronic conditions.
We’ve found the health and fitness industry to be very confusing. Many opinions are thrown around, but very few are based on facts. We strive to base all our articles on science and stay clear of any fads or myths. We work with our expert contributors to ensure the best quality information is condensed into easy-to-read articles available on this website for free.
We cover a range of disciplines including CrossFit, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and everything else in between. We also review a range of exercise equipment to help you choose the best quality products for your goals. We debunk myths, go over what you should be doing, and what’s best for you wherever you are in your health and fitness journey.
If you find our content helpful, please let us know and share the article with your friends. We want to build a strong community of informed individuals on a journey to better their lives.
